I think Cramer's "approval" of the tax on air is not insignificant. Whatever we may say about him, he's looked into this and came to a conclusion. If he can come to this conclusion, so can many in congress that we feel would think otherwise.

Remember guys, this tax destroys buy and homework. It destroys Cramericans. It leaves buy and hold as only viable investment choice for the average investor. It destroys jobs. How does he not see this?

If we're emailing Cramer, he's got to understand that there's no "buy and homework"/active management of your money with this tax. Only buy and hold. Does he not preach against that?
