little remark: not all AMEX spec'ies are thieves. particularly, some are honest guys. however, this only affects very low volume stocks which are listed on AMEX exclusively... yes, some are still there...

it is normal. just like that. never ever route to AMEX. IB already took them out of their routing. I do not think such an event can be declared as "mistrade".

hi, don't know why your trade does not appear (maybe IB matched against you, maybe), but you would be filled @25 anyway - never @24, because DTB continous trading is not auction like, i.e. two market orders will never hit each other, they will hit both sides of the book. regards

i heard it is normal for MER and GS to do that. i think he/she got it down by selling only a few, or maybe only one hundred big spooz this morning, the scalpers trying to run front would do the rest.

Zen, i've seen it too. i bet one of the big players is caught in a big short position and tries to hammer the SP during low-volume hours to get lower prices, so maybe he can get out when it opens. not for the first time this happens.

QCharts user have no problems. I think they turned it off intentionally, because too many hang on to this free lunch and it causes them lots of bandwidth.

i would not think so. the product types are var far too different. the increase of volume in E-Minis was not due to PDT rule, but due to major market participants moving out of pit -> electronic. for these guys, an index based future means something different than a SSF.
