mytrack (TrackData) has Eurex, but there is a major drawdown: the data is not tick-by-tick, it appears to me like a 2-second snapshot, you will not get all ticks

you mean the midday doldrums ! I trade them, I had never a problem to do so. Some say that only the most expirienced traders "may" trade them, I cannot say so. Sometimes it appears much easier to me than e.g. the first hour, when you don't have even 5 seconds to decide.
