Not mad really, but honestly, you must admit what a f-d up market we are trading. New lows to new highs in 20 minutes? C'mon, man. I know it doesn't matter "why," but is this news related? What would possess people to buy so aggressively with no impetus to do so? 37K contracts trade in 1...

sounds plausible... Just to be clear, I don't watch trend lines, and never claim to have predicted anything regarding them.. I actually noticed it AFTER it ran into it and bounced off, otherwise it would just be another worthless trendline on my chart. I have a total of 2 or 3 on them all I...

tortoise, I just noticed that I had a trendline connecting lows on the 30 minute from 2/6 and 2/7 -- well, 2/10 trounced all over it but still never really settled below it. Look where the market just stopped... I'm thinking, you've got to be kidding me. Stupid trend line traders. @#^@!^...

I do not see what I generally like to see in the delta here for a long, so I will continue to just watch. Sellers are still too active here for my taste right now.

B, this looked like a long mode shift to me at first, but still heavy selling coming in. You looking to buy yet? i'm almost there but not 100% convinced yet.

Tough here, market should have run with this selloff if it really was serious, but did not, so not wanting to short. But we're below the open, miserable TICKs, falling delta generally, so don't want to buy. Sitting around 42.75 yday's low, and not really wanting to make a decision either way...

No 10am number of significance today really, 8:30 was it for today I'm afraid. 57% of median 20 day volume. Yikes.

Thank you. People on the quest for these mechanical systems which do not need to be touched until 2035 while it makes a million every year are absolute fools. I have been saying this for years and people sometimes seem to think I'm crazy when I say what you said above.

    suspicious .... fake trade?? Anekdoten??

It appears the curtain is VERY thick my friend. Wait a minute, is your name really Big? Last name Snack? Hmmm... I don't know if I trust you anymore either. :D In all seriousness, I just don't understand how people can register two or more names and post under them all. It seems so...

Interesting and colorful charts you have there-- I recognize the validity of trendlines, insomuch as some people pay attention to them. But boy do I ever hate them... thanks for the pic and have a good evening bro.

Maybe Al Brooks if he got nailed in the balls and it raised the pitch of his voice at least an octave. I've talked to ND many times, listened to Al, and trust me, it ain't the same person :D

In the end ammo, the money flow / delta can be interpreted different ways; the only thing that can't be interpreted subjectively is the price traded. As a general rule, I'd rather be buying when the delta is positive, and when TICKs are positive. After all, it takes a buy at the market to move...

At least the market moved down to support, then back up to resistance, and then stopped. I hate the one-directional days that creep up little by little with 4 hours of sideways in the middle. At least this market moved, and had somewhat predictable retracements and was generally well behaved...

I'm only looking at regular hours, SPY It's just that the two should be at least similar, but they are not. SPY delta is +2M shares or so, whereas WSJ has negative. Hmm.

I'm curious as to why SPY's volume delta (measuring both bid/ask and uptick/downtick) is +2,000,000 on the day, when the money flow measured by WSJ is negative? Money flow is the same thing.. I don't get it.
