I think your right, to trade prop without a license I think it has to be a sub-llc but I think most of the futures are llcs and I just looked up that gci site and there forex with cdis which look to be almost options daytrading

you have to be licensed to trade with echo, I think I don't understand why some props want a license and some don't

I know theres a lot of props for equities and futures but i haven't seen any brokers who will let you daytrade options prop or with less then 25,000.00 deposit anybody know of any?

look at this 5 year chart ran from 7200 to 10800 and traded sideways 3600 added to 10800 would get us to 14400 that fist run had some pullbacks but not that bad thats about 1800 pooints away?????????????

right thats why i put up the chart, not every touch of the 50ma is a short, you really need to know where the overall picture is "power of threes". that makes alot of sense , I see it all the time, 3 touches on a trendline after a run up and three exact moves down before they turn up...

you have to look to the left and see where price is, are you at major resistance with the 50 or are you coming off a bounce off the 200ma and going to run right thru the 50ma , was the trend up right before the pullback thru the 50, you need to look at the over all picture or you'll get killed...
