I assume it depends on the broker. SPY and QQQ options trade until 4:15pm EST - but BMO Investorline will cancel my unfilled option orders at 4:00 pm EST. :)

I wouldn't worry about it at all, commissions and the bid/ask are part of trading. Focus on profitable trades. :)

I don't trade options on futures at all so I don't know how much a 10-tick move would affect the options, but my educated guess would be not very much. But a 10 tick move on futures is significant so I would just trade the futures instead of the options. :)

I don't know. As I have mentioned before options is a TOP-DOWN process. To fully answer your question I will need to know the underlying and projected move - I then will come up with the most suitable option trade, which most likely will be OTM. :)

Why not setup a USD account in your country - which I assume is Israel - and withdraw from IB in USD? Then convert later. :)
