or how about the worst case scenario --- fed raises .25 and has a ton of verbiage about inflation in the announcement. remember that greenie {inflation hawk} would not want to go out as someone who missed the big inflation spike.

actually in my opinion the "inflation" speak or lack there of will be the primer for the main price action move tomorrow in the markets.

all i know, is that all the fed verbiage in their rate announcement tomorrow would never be enough to satisfy everyone as to why they paused if they did --- it would make some wonder why they REALLY paused.

Fed pausing would drop the U.S. dollar --- it would be a sign that the fed may think the U.S. economy is in trouble, and they have not yet mentioned this over the previous several meetings --- it would be like an earnings surprise announcement to the downside for the U.S. economy.

yes but my short position trade from end of day friday was in a bear day today --- plus i will re-enter some short positions in the es tonight before the EU market opens to see if there will be any follow through to the german election situation. bull market or not --- market can't go up everyday.

i think there is a lot of traders "hoping" for a pause, and trading with hope is not profitable ---- HAHAHAHAHAHA! The fed is suppose to be transparent and all the recent fed members speak aligns with continued hikes --- but the fed has surprised traders before. :)

I say no pause and added inflation fear language. up .25 tomorrow Tomorrow --- Hurricane, High Oil, and Fed Announcement --- looks like a parlet bet to me! :D
