Just a thought. If there's a record of forgiven debt, can't the IRS come after you for taxes owed on it cuz they consider that income? Seriously, if your house is worth 250K, you owed that to a bank, the bank forgives half and draws up paperwork that reflects that, can/will they issue a 1099...

Best month ever. I"ve turned the corner in my trading. May I suggest Suri Duddella's book "Trade Chart Patterns like the Pros" ? That's what helped me the most. And a little discipline.:)
