    What´s wrong with WTS?

Accusing someone is not the same as stating that someone was accused by someone else.

    What´s wrong with WTS?

There is no accusation of WTS in that statement. In fact, there is not even an accusation of Dimension in that statement. There is nothing there but the verifiable fact that other people have in the past accused and sued Dimension for front-running - which is an entirely different statement.

    What´s wrong with WTS?

But nowhere in the referenced post did the writer do that.

    What´s wrong with WTS?

I don't know what he may have posted in the past, but I do know I didn't see any "accusations" in the post you are quoting. WTS does sug-group, they do in fact internalize orders, 80-90% of their volume is in fact from "off shore", the cited SEC filing is in fact missing, etc. Pretty much...

faster than Rithmic ? CME direct cost ?

There is at least one outfit out there with sub-2us between last byte of news received to last byte of execution request out. It is, however, an internal-only tool. They aren't even close.

WTF "SEC approves plan to curb volatility in stocks"

Only if nobody trades it. One cross at either limit, and the band moves down 5%/10%. I don't see anything in this that prevents strong, deep intraday movements in either direction.

The inflation coincides with the Oil Crisis. Not a coincidence.

    Long Term Iraq Dinar Charts?

The currency may have kept the same name, but somehow I doubt it truly survived regime change. Before that, I don't believe it was a floating currency, anyway. Wiki has a more complete history, no doubt.

Historical odds are that a nice up leg begins by 10am Tuesday. But odds aren't certainties. Obladi oblada.

Cheapest Downtowns in the USA to buy property

I imagine Detroit and Cleveland have to be on that list. Inner city Cleveland had homes selling for $40k and under, last time I looked.

GRPN lock up period expiration on 6/1

You may well be right. I have no clear sense of what "should" happen and no dog in the fight, so I'll be rooting for you from the sidelines. Cheers!

GRPN lock up period expiration on 6/1

The pre-IPO secondary market for these stocks is now substantial enough that it really muddies the water on what can happen next. The big insiders have, more than likely, already (effectively) cashed out a fair chunk.

    'Meaningful Work'

While I appreciate the intent of the Demotivational poster, it's not actually true. As kids my brother and I and our friends did crazy-stoopid stuff, routinely. IMO the problem is exactly backwards - kids tend to be over-protected and don't get a chance to find the practical Reality Limits...

    Please help me understand this.

That's cherry-picking the last major bottom, and you're not adjusting for inflation. Adjusted for inflation, in '08 the Dow hit the same level as 1928. That's 80 years of net zero return.

    Anyone need a trading platform?

Not clear on the idea here. Are you talking about a colo'ed chunk of hardware upon which people can put their own algo source code through a web interface?

    Facebook buying RIM?

Given the context of FB's ongoing failed attempts at releasing their own phone, it wouldn't be the most surprising acquisition ever. Probably makes more sense than Google buying Motorola, at the least.
