    I misunderstood what you meant about "double taxation treaty". What I meant to say was last time I traded German futures I only paid American taxes as an American living in the United States. So as I understand it the tax does not apply to American traders living in America?

    Watch Cramer on CNBC. Last night he had a company providing electric vehicle components to Volkswagen. The stock is up 400% so it's well on its way to becoming a member of the S&P. The stock is called Quantumscape.

    I don't know much about the company but I would guess a lot of their future earnings would have to do with Playstation 5 sales and their game sales. The future is unknowable so focus on current earnings and ride the uptrend until a bad earnings miss.

    Well I think he made 100 million on October 19th 1987 and the Market dropped 22% that day.     If you're looking for momentum stocks then growth of sales and operating income. If you are looking at distressed companies then EBIT/Interest Expense and Debt/EBITDA.
