Thank you very much. Enjoyed reading your post. What is stopping you from "far from being wealthy"? Is it that a lot of money doesn't mean that much to you and living frugally is good enough for you? Or is it the freedom that was what you wanted not having loads of money?

Huge Traders, what was the process like from risking little to huge?

Those who risk a lot per trade what was then process like? 50/trade, then becoming 500/trade then 2k/trade. Etc. What are your stories/tips or what advice can you give on progressing to your level of capital?

In other words Thanks, I was indeed asking about that, but couldn't express it well. What would be the major factors of things one has to have? I know consistency and discipline is one that I am lacking. So until I am consistent and disciplined enough to follow my strategy, I'll trade small.

Thank you, how long did you trade 0.01 lots before scaling up? I agree with your point that consistency is most important and scaling isn't important.

Thanks. Do you recommend that? I have a strategy I'm really confident that will work (backtested many pairs, across a period of time, with data collected each week and every setup). When you say great way to learn cheaply what do you mean? Psychology?

Fake? That sounds rude but I'm going to ignore the negativity. Since I really want to be a trader. Not some only talk.

i will definitely keep trying and trying, started forex because I had a dream of becoming rich but I think that clouded a lot of my trading. Thanks for the advice. What is a realistic goal to aim for?

    My last $150

I think the kind Sir above said it very well, I had unrealistic expectations. My strategy is reversed engineered and I know it works, have been backtesting it with a lot of rules for the past few months of data. I need to work on not having million dollar cars/houses and those expectations that...

T thanks a lot, I appreciate the replies. I will work on it, especially on psychology, I think that's where I'm lacking. And you made a very very good point, "Unrealistic Expectations." I need to get that making millions out of my head and focus on trading itself. Will work on that! Any...

Yes, I don't have a lot of "baggage". Seems like a long journey a head of me? I thought coming up with a strategy and following it is enough, guess I gotta learn emotional control

I initially didn't want to pay for any and thought there wasn't a need. Man, this is hard but I'm going to keep at it

I know 2, and another 1 who I don't talk much with. Both 10k and the other 500 doing the latter (not to be boasting but I want that :))

Ah should I demo until i get consistent then put in more money?

    My last $150

Not much $400. I feel like putting more into it though. How much do you recommend starting off with for a full time trader? Thanks a lot man, (not being sacarstic in anyway), but the feeling of not caring about losing money, I guess that's something.

    My last $150

So I'm left with my last $150, I'm a forex trader. I just can't stop revenge trading. Just lost money so I'm left with $150. I don't feel sad or anything, honestly I don't really care. (I sound like a douche, sorry) My plan is to divide it into 3 parts, and look for setups this week. My...
