Who Started Trading Straight Out of College?

I started when I was 18, half way thru university. I dropped out shortly after not to trade full time but to work at a financial planning firm but still traded while working until I finally quit my job to start my business and trade full time.

Are you guys in the US? Have you completed a stats/pattern analysis of daily pnl? What are his current costs, platform and leverage? How does he decide to enter trades; I assume they are all longs?

Why trading educators talk about entries 95% of the time?

There are dozens of amazing setups every single day! Some of them do pass by quickly but others take a bit of time to go in your expected direction. For me today, this was shorting NFLX & AMZN mid-day, profit:risk 2:1. It took longer to dive than expected and I almost caved in to close the trade.

Why trading educators talk about entries 95% of the time?

You need to list names. There are people out there who publicly show their trades live. If you can follow them and their trades is a different story. To say it's impossible is not correct although it may be the norm in this industry.

If you're using it for equities he is right, it's useless. I know algo traders who use it for forex but it's not a main indicator and they don't use intraday time frames.

How to properly trade the opening drive?

Yes that is part of the process of course. It's a personal preference if one is in a trade prior to confirmation. When he mentioned stop limit order I'm not sure if he meant market order (if so use smart route) because stop limits may not get filled.

How to properly trade the opening drive?

Most people in my trading group have a variation of this but we typically don't buy pre market and don't use stop limits... You need to use smart market orders. It can take 3-5min or so to pick a stock for entries but you have the right idea.

Holding and expecting a gap up to $360-$362. If the market is weak in the morning I'll just need to get rid of it at whatever. I'll need to close the position into the long weekend regardless.

    AMP, how could you?

Congrats, you were too large for them to keep and your order flow could have been too expensive for them to follow. Now is a good time to find a better broker plus look into getting a seat at the exchange at the same time. Good luck!

    Who were your teachers/mentors?

Trading is a selfish endeavor where less than 10% of us make it. Maybe consider mentoring young entrepreneurs and investing in them with your experience.

I don't know what you're talking about. GPU's represent ~76% of their revenue and consumer grade GPU's bring in ~47% of their total revenue. It's literally their largest segment.
