I did not consider 14:50 as PV b/c of the close it had, but since it was dec. range w/ IRV with a completion of the sequence; I believed change of some sort was forthcoming. The IBV of the 15:05 bar confirmed the change in dominance.

I was positive 12:20 represented PV. Not so much now.:( It was actually a new first leg of a traverse.
