    1. Missed the Pt3 up this a.m. b/c thought we needed to complete a down traverse from yesterday. 2. Still cannot differentiate between laterals and tapes (see green lateral annotation in a.m.) 3. Fooled by PA at 11:10 so missed new up traverse. 4. Thought 13:00 OB marked end of down...

Pace Acc. says we will cycle through the sequence again. Looks like we are cycling through the sequences here.

    I wouldn't bet on it.

This is correct except for the "no wiggle room" part. If the market has yet to complete a sequence by the previous day's close then it must complete it the next day unless there is an overriding reason it cannot i.e. significant news release. In my experience this "continuation" is not a...

    Iterative Refinement

One has to know where the previous day ended in regards to the sequence.

This is my revision , of a revision, of a revision, of yet another revision :D of 11-20 PM as tortured as it may be. When traverses and/or channels go on for a while I tend to lose confidence that my annotations are correct so I basically lose count of the tapes and traverses. This period...

The trend lines will not support 12:25 as the Pt3 as 12:05 does. It was just at the point in time I posted 12:05 was not yet a Pt3. I too had a tentative RTL drawn from 11:10 to 12:05, it just was not yet confirmed as a Pt3.

12:05 at this moment (12:19) is not a Pt3 for an up channel. IMHO Sorry, used PST for time stamp :p

With sincere respect to Romanus, this explanation of why :15:50 is a Pt2 just does not make sense to me. One has to ignore the increasing Volume of 15:20 and :25 as well as the left to right movement of Price (:30 to :35) and then the resumption of increasing red volume at :40. Just pretend this...

    Iterative Refinement

This represents a huge freakin bummer. Added to the list of all the "subtle" differences that escape and frustrate me each day; I also missed fundamental concepts like what is and what is not a Pt2.

"As always, context remains key to determining what actions an Outside Bar signals. A trader could see an Outside Bar on Increasing Volume or Decreasing Volume. In addition (with reference to ending a Lateral) an Outside Bar might form with one or both extremes contained within the lateral or...

I have no intention of disputing this statement. I am certain Point One's assertion is accurate. However, from my own perspective I don't see how this is possible. My experience tells me that if one does not understand every facet and angle of this method you are setting yourself up for big...
