I generally let "Raven" get me out of winners. I also have it set pretty tight to get me out of losers, but I watch it like a hawk. Part of the exit trigger is not working correctly, so I do exit some positions manually. But I have to be careful not to exit manually and also get a "Raven"...

Either would be an improvement. I think I would still prefer a straight ECN model. Any limit orders that can be matched are matched immediately, and market orders take out all of the existing book until they are filled. I truly dislike the NYSE way, even though I have to live with it.

There is a nifty backtest software that works with TC2000. It is called TC-Companion. www.traids.com A must have if you use TC2000 as your primary screening software. I found it quite useful for EOD backtesting.
