What options out there tracing the sp nasdaq or russel have tight spreads ?

So that’s exactly what I’m looking for a exit idea if I do a stop loss of what ever number u said the spreads are to wide and it will trigger it any case and maybe hedging is against the vix ? Help me out here robbert ;)

I find that the Spx ndx move every day /2 days -/+ .50% so I want to see a butterfly on that move and make a few bucks but I don’t want to lose 1000$ if it doesn’t move at all or returns to that point so I want to know what I can do in order to lose less money

I’m looking for a way to adjust the weekly options on the Spx cause I don’t want to lose 1000$ for a trade that gives 200$ credit but I can’t see any way to adjust / stop loss / any ideas out there?

I’m looking for an idea how to create a stop for a short butterfly I was told that if the spreads are wide there will be triggered by the stop loss for no reason or maybe a way to adjust ?! But I’m looking to trade the weekly but they lose there value very quick so u can’t really adjust them no...

i don't think it works good enough there has to be a way to test these things with a pen and paper

if i have a butterfly spread that is ITM / ATM and i want to know how much they will be losing on the day of expiration meaning when markets will open up if the spread is at there lowest point of making money how can i calculate how much they will be worth ? and if im already opening a thread...

why is that when there is wide spreads its a sign of a not liquid series and why if there tight its a sign of liquidity ?what is condider tight on spx ? or djx?

ive been checking out selling a butterfly on the spx on the weekly maybe ill start on the spy but i don't have time to check it every day just 2/3 times a week that's why im looking for a weekly strategy that works most of the time

why is it that they say that you need to be a more experienced trader to trade the weekly options then the monthly or quartelry are they more difficult?

Hey i want to test short butterfly spreads and i don't like using demos cause demos are good for a general idea but not for the actual trading so i checked on the spx if i short it one week out (butterfly spread) and it expires out of the money i make 600$ and can lose 1800$ so i would ask you...
