until you provide evidence souls exists, my default belief is not going to be that they do. i can say with confidence my bones are separate from my eyeballs. you can only say with an imagination that a soul is a separate thing from an active brain.

before i go anywhere with this topic, SHOW EVIDENCE SOULS EXIST. i'm not going to discuss something that is basically concocted by man. where is the proof that there is something called a soul that exists separate from the active brain?? you won't find it because it is just wishful thinking by...

i've thought about something similar. think of like the matrix/total recall. would you rather live a life that is not real, but is fantastic and indistinguishable from reality....or live in reality with probably a not so fantastic life?

if you say the active brain is the soul, that's acceptable...but if you think a soul is a separate thing from an active brain, then i disagree. and btw, your so-called soul does not exist anymore when the brain is not functioning. the soul does not float up to heaven or some bs place when you die.

here is something to think about.... it is believed that the earth is relatively young compared to other parts of the universe. so if you believe aliens exist, there are probably some that have been around a lot longer than us.

for the record, i'm not trying to act like i have a ground breaking idea. i just think most people would disagree with me and i'd bet i'm right. p. s. the real point of this is to point out that souls don't exist.
