Since Delta is supposed to decrease as it gets closer to expiration. Does a call delta of 85 with 4 days to expiration make sense or is it too high? Would this be a losing trade?

Thank you for the helpful information. Sometimes my stops seem to be too low and get closed out too early. I read some people say 1/2 of your entry to prevent an early close.

What percentage stop would you use if you are doing a mental or actual stop set up? Would you base the stop at midpoint? Just trying to see what a reasonable stop is. Of course everyone has different tolerance levels.

Thanks Bob. If 3 day trades have been met does that mean if you attempt to sell the trade on the 4th or 5th day outside of the 3 days does that count as a 4th trade?

Why would there be rules like this? What is the purpose? Are weekends and holidays counted as part of the 5 day rolling period? Seems this only benefits MM more than traders.
