Republicans Selling Us Out Again, This Time On Fast Track

It's only "selling out" for those foolish enough to have expected otherwise.

    Equality is impossible

There are an astonishingly high number of people who would feel like they were better off if everybody was in poverty, even if it was worse for them. For these people, if you have a Maserati and they have a Civic, they'd happily have the government seize both of them so neither of you had a...

Yet another stack of reasons to avoid the `groid, although I generally support ending prohibition.

Ok, which one of ET's liberals was this?

Wow! Drugs are so much better these days then when I was a lad.

    Equality is impossible

There's something I do not understand, this envy thing. It's one thing to say "Wow, wish I had that car" or "sure like to be that rich." But people seem to *hate* other people who have that stuff they wish they had. Never felt that. Doesn't seem to make the haters happier. But it sure seems...

NY Times And SPLC Side With Muslims against Geller

Further, the Christians were POed (heh) that tax dollars went to pay for it. Just think what the NYT would do if tax dollars went to make Mo Toons - heads would explode.

Healthy family life confers unfair advantage, claim lefty philosophers

The left demonstrates a fundamental error when they accuse families of providing "unfair advantage". To them, any success in life means somebody else failed. Anything you have that somebody else does not means you got that thing because of a basic unfairness. To them, life is a big pizza and...

Heh heh heh. That could be fun. "Yeah, this is so and so. I got nothing to say, except I HATE n!ggers sooo much that I joined the Klan. Well, applied, actually. This was my initiation. I am in like Flynn now, baby! Woah! Bye now, take care and God bless." Seriously, this stuff is nuts...

    In Texas they shoot straight

Wonder if The One will continue with his standard of sending staff to attend funerals of black criminals killed by police?

The gaystapo starts eating their own.

I suspect it may already be too late. This will have far reaching consequences, many of which are unknowable now. Start a new business, somebody digs up a bad word you said two decades ago and shuts you down. Look at that (ex)frat at OU. Obviously a bad idea to popularize such a tune in your...

Michael Moore: "Disarm The Police... & Release Black Inmates Jailed For Drug Offenses"

Ahhh, but then there are the really great public schools. I mean, that makes it all worthwhile, sending your offspring to such an epicenter of learning.

Too bad Mikey can't go live in a world of his making. Or maybe, lucky for Mikey that we can't shove him into a world of his making.

Uh oh. CCWer kills a thug who was trying to carjack some poor lady: http://news.yahoo.com/police-man-shoots-kills-carjacker-outside-store-004403757.html Doesn't mention race, but also doesn't seem like news unless some white guy killed a black criminal with a lengthy record. That makes the...

Prisoner in van said Freddie Gray was ‘trying to injure himself,’ document says

It is also pretty obvious that most of those "caught up in the system" and "of meager financial means" also tend to be repeat offenders so it is expected that they say the system is unfair. It's like what Andy Dufresne said in Shawshank Redemption: "Everybody's innocent in here. Didn't you know...

    Android is SUCH SHIT

I went with Cyanogen Mod on my Galaxy 3. Definitely prefer the open source OSes vs. overstuffed, bloated corporate stuff. The suits think that shoving weirdo features into phones sets them apart from the crowd. And for typical nontechies, they are probably right.
