there is no specific day, it migrates as the mkt heads to expiration which in the case of March bunds is March 8. Rollover should be complete by March 7, watch for the volume to migrate into JUne. I believe the expiration time is something like 5AM CST but not sure.

I'm long evens in the ten year, i expect a solid rally through tomorrow's close, that has been the pattern in prior refundings. Risking down to 107-200. Does not feel very good right now though but sticking with plan and what has worked at past refundings.

Bernard, the deadline for bidding at the auctions is noon CST. The note/bond to be auctioned started to trade in the when issued market the day it was announced. There is an active market for it, on a WI basis, up and into the auction. So, you look to see where the bid yield is on the...

Indirect bidding has fallen off fairly sharply already in the monthly 2s, and the 3s.

Watch for whether the auction tails above or below the noon WI bid. When the yield prints, dealers now whether they got the auction or not and know instantly if they have to use the futures mkt to hedge.
