what is your definition of a distribution zone ? LF asked this a week or so ago, but u blog as if we all trade the way u trade. The term distribution for me is only used in a pullback of an uptrend. That’s the classic definition. What is yours ?

I've done more testing on this type of thing than I'd like to admit, and there's no edge in any shape or form playing triple / quad tops and bottoms in ES. Its true that after 4 tops / bottoms, the next one is likely to fail, but its nothing more than something to watch out for. Not a trade setup

All the longs got flushed out on the way down, and shorts got squeezed on the way up. This move is all new short positions being opened so yes, this down move is reasonable. I just was expecting busy as usual in the markets but times have changed I suppose

Market top was yesterday, if...... This area fails. Looks like we have the classic broadening / megaphone pattern on the 4 hour chart. Take a look. its textbook. Most longs have been flushed out on Mondays move down after the trading range started Tuesday. Shorts starting to develop...
