i would say you have to also take factor of economies of scale, economic advantage, lowest cost producer.
so intel would make a better investment imo.
wouldn't intel continue to dominate. amd always had a smaller market share? to reproduce the costs of intel's r&d, and innovation would it be not worth it for chasing such smaller market share for the given amount of cost ?
msft will continue to drop b/c they will continue to bid for yahoo. and when they do buy, it will jump down as well.
i think this would make a very excellent entry point for a very good investment.

usdjpy
they are in profit but....i suspect ib goes thru these orders to arrive at eurcad ?
also account p/l not updating properly ?

i think i see the problem.
sometimes order dont get filled completely.
so what i resorted to is placing new bracket orders with increment 3 pips.
i still dont know whether this will have any success, i'll know by tomorrow.
is fill-all-or-kill type of order for forex on IB ...
for beginners who has no prior language exposure, Excel VBA was a good pick. but its not easy! IB API is very poorly documented and DDE is virtually completely ignored.
Its very time consuming to read through the incomplete docs on DDE and spending hours looking for the solution on the forum...
have u seen some of the data? systematic funds underperform discretionary, and drawdowns are much bigger for systematic funds.
in long run im told, discretionary will outperform.
