Ok, so I do sound like chicken little at times :D But I did take partial profits on the way down expecting a bounce. At 10.35 you can see the high sell volume that didn't break 1296.75. I then look for a good pullback to re enter or If I miss the bounce then a automatic sell stop at 1296.75...

Nice call London. I still trade on gut instinct and the few signals I see. Before the open today I felt nauseous and my fingers were shaking as I shorted lol. I need to embrace uncertainty as well.

Spike once said give me the hi, low, open and close and I will tell you what to expect tomorrow with very hi accuracy (if my recollection is correct). I have not been able to do the analysis required yet but some things I see do point to such patterns. This would be a starting point.

I had taken profits and was looking to short again. I wil reconsider :) I was short the ER2 look at the range differential to the ES in the mornings.

NQ and ER2 has broken yesterdays low 1297.50 has to fail as support. If it is a down trend day then you dont want to take profits till 1530 to MOC

Marty Just plan for it as a contingency. When you and others are firmly in the bull camp you know if it happens it will be a big move. We dont know the future all we can do is plan our actions when we see the signs. Hopefully you study the start and not the end of moves, generally people...

Bulls have certainly been shaken today. Many of the charts have formed a doji top so be on the lookout for a down trend day tomorrow. JMHO Thank god is Friday :D well here anyway.

Nice one dude. If the trend is now short shorting these pullback spikes gives you some nice scalps, if the market gives you more bonus.

Hope you all made some. When I went short again I said to myself all I'm risking is the profits from the pullback trade. It worked out nicely. I doubt this move is over.

Yep :) There's a lot of retail short interest around this level and it seems to be building up for something as I type. I can't imagine they would take it all the way up here, before crushing every singal last retail short.

This could be a 10.30 reversal but I'd want to see it break below 1295, sell volume is picking up. long stopped out. Shorting here 1298.75 with at stop at 1300.75 might be a go.
