IB unbundled NYSE fees are wrong starting 10/1/07

We did a thorough analysis of MOO and MOC orders submitted during the period we applied an out dated NYSE fee schedule. All customers that elected the unbundled fee structure and submitted these order types received corrective credit adjustments. I apologize for the delay. The issue was poorly...

IB - half of the order executed 36 pips lower on Ideal!?

Banks are very careful when news is released. They are not in business to get picked off by people chasing the tape. Sharp price changes result in rejections because of the price changes. Most banks don't allow 'slippage' limits through NBBO. It's not a simple issue. We don't want to route...

IB - half of the order executed 36 pips lower on Ideal!?

Another important point is this was a market order. Firing off market orders while a currency is spiking down is risky regardless of the safeguards we build into the routing logic.

IB - half of the order executed 36 pips lower on Ideal!?

What Rico said was not accurate. Another bank was posting a quote at 1.9689. We will not route to IDEAL if no IDEAL PRO participants are quoting. Only when they have posted a market and IDEAL has a better market. If the IDEAL quote was pulled on this order, you would have been filled at...

No need to vote on 2355. We will implement a "one man one token" concept regardless of how many accounts you have. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure how we'll handle people who already have multiple tokens, but we will come up with a procedure for them to consolidate to one device...
