    I am still confused. Do the same IB pro terms and conditions apply to non-US traders? I.e. is it cofirmed that no pro client's order flow are sold regardless of where they reside?

    IB Help desk: "for example to place a $100 buy limit order for 100 shares AAPL, when market ask price is 101, it wont sent to exchange, when it is 100 at ask price, it will sent to exchange and fill it" They call this marketable. Hidden is simply not being sent to the exchange until marketable.

    and how do you do that? I thought that Adaptive Algos were for execution only and liquidation algos were 100% discretionary

    How can you control the liquidation algo? from what I understand it is a VWAP that kicks in 15 minutes after market open. In the hope this suit will corner IB into forcing the liquidation of the most liquid securities by order of priority....

    Stata, R and Matlab of course - don't we all. Then Bloomberg and Refinitiv for data and modelling. Then PR Newswire for announcements Oxford Economics for macro. But...nothing beats MS Excel.

    $15K ! You're way too rich to waste your time trading. You should place it all in 30yr T-Bills and spend your days on a yacht with a number of girlfriends.

    no offense intended.... I get your point. But common sense has to prevail in the absence of perfect information or visibility on trade execution.

    I am new to hidden orders - nearly all my trading so far has been with icebergs. I am wonder if hidden orders benefit of same execution quality as visible orders?
