    I love it (so far). Im 28 and love to surf and with the beach bieng 50 yds away i can even sneak in an hour in the morning after the first hour or two of action. Getting done by 1pm leaves you much time to enjoy the rest of the day...just need to hit the sack a bit earlier and put the partyuing...

    but O'side is still relatively cheap considering its a "beach town"...im trying to snatch up some properties there before the turn around is complete for the city. This is my first post and I am a novice that is ready to trade for a living, I know what i want...and that to trade,make money...
