I escaped the seed nightmare but got caught out badly by fannie mae. I was short when the crazy news hit about them being able to do more business. Went from 28 to31 in an instant. Then my screen freezes and I PANIC ( bad form dude) if I'd just waited 5min it started coming back my way...

Agreed..typically, gaps up are my cue to get out the short stick_ and beat them again and again..(and sometimes it works..lol)

I don't understand why putting up 5K of your own money is such a bad thing. If I'm trading at home, i'm using alot more that 5K to try to learn and succeed and there are no other humans around to bounce an idea off of, learn a new trick, or just provide some encouragement when things...

Oh yes. I agree totally. The price movement in this stock is totally bizarre. Eleven points down because they ran a superbowl ad? Ridiculous. It can be trending nicely, on good volume, and literally fall through the floor in a nanosecond. I understand that kind of volatility when I'm investing...

I think it was every day this week during the doldrums when a huge block of underarmour (like 500,000 shares) crossed the screen. On thursday, my broker tells me theres no UA available to short. Any thoughts on whats going on?
