I don't think this will be a problem considering how most companies that trade on OTC, pink sheets usually have a market cap <100 million. They can just do a reverse stock split if necessary.

Anything is possible but for that to happen, the dollar has to weaken significantly. At the present, the dollar is gaining strength against other currencies.
