This situation reminds me of several years back when the Yen was in question.. the gov't kept jawing it was going to intervene at X... eventually the market pushed and the gov't did nothing so the market pushed more until intervention ... market has pushed to 8dollar range..I believe to see...

The authorities have not frozen assets that we are aware of. The company ran fine, cleared orders etc on a daily bases and carried on business as usual. They still are, all over the world. Large money will evaluate, in past experiences they buy or add on to limit exposure..just as in oil and...

perhaps the 500plus is with the interest? I don't think it is about the funds as they are their but the application exercised. They have errors and ommissions insurance if the authorities are correct and in fact it becomes a criminal conviction. I believe the authorities step in to lay...

If the money is/was as you say, then RFX could not of gone on todate...even if you were correct..RFX has maintained and grown over the years and is world wide. At this time the news we are getting is not accurate. I like your theory(s)..good reading...but does not make (cents) hopefully...

If any of the news postings about RFX are correct then this accounting issue started years ago...5 plus... Refco has been doing business, gone public and has increased its customer base and dollar value. This problem did not affect its daily business in any fashion. It is an accounting...
