Still working on my disipline. Had quite a few careless losers that took a chunk from my day.

Trading has been slow lately. I think I am just not disciplined. I am actually happy making less these days. Just need to get my rhythm back and build some positive momentum from now till earnings season.

Couldn't get anything going. Lots of missed opportunities.

Felt like I forgot how to trade today. Had no patience. Got chopped around. Went short when the market was going up. Tried to buy when it was going down. Managed to trim the loss a bit near the end of the day.

Stopping early today. Feeling slow and I'm losing my concentration.

Small gain today after two losing days.

The market makes a big move and I lost money. I sucked today. Was -550 by 1pm. Had a come back but still down a little for the day.

My trading was very sloppy today. Got into a -600 hole by 10am. Managed to climb out of it and was only -100 at one point. Had two great entries but I took profits too soon. Then I kept churning and dug a -550 hole again. Ended the day -175 so I'll take it.

How many profitable traders here were mentored by someone from elitetrader?

Sometimes when I sleep I end up fantasize about making millions in trading. That gets my mind all worked up and I could not sleep the whole night. Any of you guys have such fantasies?

Made my money in the morning. Was churning the last few hours and ended losing $200 from my high.

good moves today. wish I'd size up but I didn't.

Done early today.

My was trading sloppy. Up 300 then lost it all. Up 400 then lost it all again and went negative. Positive again so, I'm just going to stop now with my small gain.

I'm done early too because I just can't seem to come back from this loss. Going to rest up for the week and focus next week. :D

Back to posting. I can't describe how happy I am to make 55 cents today. :D Trading was frustrating and I was down all day until the last hour.

What do you mean by this deathly silence? Give some examples.
