Lancer, I appreciate your feedback. However I have a different take on it. Even if the tick is legitimate, it is an abnormality and messes up the chart. One single tick doesn't effect the normal studies we do, but it definately messes up the charts badly. Your suggestion about editing...

I think I misworded my earlier post. Let's try this. It is a simple question. Are you going to fix the problem of bad ticks? YES ? or NO ? If yes... WHEN ?

Second that... FIRST upgrade to win 2000, and start with a fresh disk. (do a low level format) Don't try to upgrade from 98. I use 2 matrox G400 (2 ports/card), one agp, one pci. They wotk great with driver version 5.72.21.0. I had trouble with the latest driver they had.

Did ok on opening orders, CMX killed a good morning with a big seller right out of the gate. Got a little bit of it back when I saw the big prints go by and the offer become small. SPY.. what can I say. Can't seem to do right for doing wrong. NQ... see SPY it's going up... no.. down...

Other than play around with it, and snagit studio, I can only tell you that you need to use gif as your graphic format. It is really pretty simple. You can import gif's into snagit studio, then take another snagit image of the previously saved snagit images. :confused: Hope this helps....
