"I trained like Mike Mentzer for 1 Year"

Dudes, At some point you are gonna get too old to care about obsessing to look like a condom stuffed full of walnuts. You will reach an age where you realise that what really matters is sleep, cardio health, and flexibility. May the force be with you.

Best U.S or UK focused economic, investment, and TA Blogs?

Hello, Most well known one's for having a good track record for getting it right, for mostly stocks, bonds and commodities.

You may be right, you may be wrong. The thing I find more interesting is how you are jumped upon in this cancel culture that can't seem to handle opinions that are against the crowd.

Leading diet scientists also have completely opposite views on the ideal diet, and what is good or bad for you. Many now say bread, potatoes and white rice can cause glucose spikes. Were any of them saying that 20 years ago? Which one of them should I believe?

Just curious, but are you a medical doctor or scientist of any sort? I'm not either, so would never consider telling anyone there is no danger, you are better off getting the vacinne. In fact, I know even some GP doctors would not advise you either way. Also, how long on average does it take...

Hedge funds massive short exposure on U.S Treasuries

Are you still more bullish on zn, even after its good run? I see it held up well in early 2020 compared to the longer dated, and still got the yield.

Hedge funds massive short exposure on U.S Treasuries

All important CPI news release tomorrow. My uninformed numpty opinion is that the U.S will point further towards deflation rather than inflation. The S&P 500 rally over the last week also looks like a classic relief rally.

    Wildchild in on Boeing

Cost cutting and the drive for profit seem to go hand in hand with Boeing's technical problems. Can't help but think this could be avoided if the company was state owned.

    Wildchild in on Boeing

The 2 big down days on the 1st and 2nd of Aug, followed by something sort of resembling a bearish rising wedge pattern, to me suggest leaning towards there could be more downside coming.

Hedge funds massive short exposure on U.S Treasuries

After the big rise in Long dated treasuries in early 2020, do you think the huge spike up in yields on March 10, 2020 was mostly Covid related, which then turned into a liquidity problem? Was it more of too few trading too much? What are the chances of another spike up in yields? Quote ...

Hedge funds massive short exposure on U.S Treasuries

Could they get any more short? What are the chances of another 2020 pop in treasuries? "CFTC data show that asset managers' aggregate long position across two-, five- and ten-year futures was worth a record $1.083 trillion in the week to July 9. That has expanded nearly 30% since March...

When S&P and VIX nearest futures are both down

Right now, near the open, the nearest VIX contract is near -1.4%, whilst the S&P future has dropped down to -0.27%. The futures were pointing to a positive position earlier. Is there ever any evidence of using this as a trading tool?

    Treasury bonds after inflation data

TLT up 1.3% right now. I wonder how the falling money supply factors into this, after years of all the QE and pumping cash into the economy? Falling money supply is generally a cause of deflation, and the yield curve is inverted. How long can it stay inverted before a recession?

    Treasury bonds after inflation data

Hello, The 10 year Treasury bond, and 20+ Year yield rose sharply after U.S inflation data came in inline with expectations. On the same day though, you had the Presidential debate, and news of inflation rising in other countries around the world. Some think a Trump presidency will be bad for...

Why would anyone choose IG over IB?

With Spread Betting indexes you don't get hit with massive Capital Gains Tax, so not sure how IB fairs after that deduction, compared to IG.
