Spyder, The non-dom faster fractal traverse that started at 13:15 est gave me a lot of trouble today. Even with debriefing, I am unsure as to my accuracy. Any help would be appreciated. tia

My interpretation is that from 10:35 EST, the market has only composed 3 of what you call "sub-fractal traverses", with the last as you say "yet to complete". :)

I don't agree, not even a little. If the day started as continuation(2 to 3 of a fft) then you need to finish one sequence before another can begin. As for "one of those", The more I think about it, the more it makes sense that they are HVST when 2 fractals are competing for dominance.Since...

So, when price is in a long non-dom pt 2 to 3(traverse level) competing with a short dom pt 3(channel level), what is one possible outcome that an ES 5 min traverse level trader expecting? HVST - High Volatility Speed Traverse :)

R/R, Which channel to you most accurately reflects price ? Angels are very similar... Also you have brought up geometrical points a couple of times. I can only guess that they refer to channel overlap, failed breakouts, etc..btw, I do understand and appreciate what you are saying.

I think we had a traverse pt 2 at 15:40est followed by what I presume to be a High Volatility Speed Traverse :eek: (HVST) that completed eod. So PFC imo should be pt 3 sequence down followed by another HVST(a tape 2 to 3 of a channel) followed by another dom down traverse which would bring us to...

Really??? I thought channels contained price? Wouldn't connecting the 12:05 and 13:00 bars EST more accurately reflect the channel that price is operating in.

I think we are all throwing around the "faster fractal traverse" vocabulary word :p a little too much without any consensus on what it is...(apologies if anyone is sure). In looking back over some recent days posts, this one clarifies the definition for me...
