Questions regarding RAM upgrade for my T3400

It says 6GB installed memory and that's it... I'm running a quad 2.4 (Q6600). Running Esignal and a few other programs right now and I'm monitoring the task manager and I haven't seen my memory get higher than the 3.3GB zone or so, so maybe I don't need to really do anything. It...

What is SIW? Checking the Corsair site now.. Windows update history showed almost all successful updates, outside of one or two that failed a few months ago.. And the 5300's were the original ones installed. I added the 6400's thereafter.

Questions regarding RAM upgrade for my T3400

I was opening my case quite a bit a few months back when I was constantly changing out video cards to find a 6-monitor configuration that would work, but I haven't been in there in quite a while, so that's some useful advice. So having a 2 x 4GB + 2 x 2GB configuration is not ideal (even if...

Thank you very much for the reply. I didn't do any software updates to my system that I know of. The only potential change that I made was that my computer unexpectedly shut down and restarted in the middle of the night last night (has happened a few times in the past, but not in a while, so...

Finding a recplacement metal bracket for a video card for the chassis

Hello all, Just a quick question... I just received an Nvidia NVS 420 quad card, but it came with a smaller metal bracket for a smaller computer and so the only way I can use it in my current workstation is if I detach the bracket and install the card without any form of stabilization, so...
