I'm not sure about BAC, and my fills have been reasonable, but I've seen more prints outside the inside spread on NYSE stocks then ever before. Can't exactly quantify it yet, but things seem to be moving differently, and not just due to light vol. Probably just going insane.

a trader could expect to get better treatment with a 5k order than a 1k, as the 5k order represents more liquidity. You wouldn't want to piss off someone who could provide you with substantially more order flow. (course I never go over 2000 so I'm no authority.)

Agreed, I've never liked trading IBM, nor NOC for that matter, but then again I love GS and most guys I know avoid him like the plague, go figure. As far as the various firms are concerned, I've never found a tight correlation between good/bad specialists (ie ones I can trade and ones I can't)...
