If this post was directed towards me, no where did I bash IB. I was merely requesting an explanation of the problem fron an IB representative. Also this is three days in a row now at sometimes even several instances in a day. It only occurred once today(Fri.)

I'm rather certain its not my connection either. I was in the chat and another forum member from CHICAGO experienced the same problem at the same time. When calling IB, he was told it was an IB SERVER problem. I hope the problem is resolved and this doesnt reoccur anymore at an alarming rate.

No longs today. I had considered going long 5 ES while covering the last at 1127, but I'm throwing in the towel for the day. NEED some sleep! Plus, seems like whenever i stick my hand in the pot one too many times, I would get burned. :mad: Get that mouse FIX man. Or buy a new one...

Thanks for the feedback guys... I was in the chat and there was another forum member that experienced the same problems as me. He contacted IB and supposedly they were having issues with a server?

I heard you were considering starting a fund, FAST? If you dont charge me management and performance fees, I'll glady invest my entire capital. I would then wont have to deal with worrying about my broker's reliability. Took a gander at your journal and find your trading skills stellar...

Anyone here trade with FFastTrade? What are your thoughts, especially with regards to platform reliability. Current broker gave me a blank screen several times today.

RIMM guy still short surf? IMO he could possibly b/e later this wk or next wk.

Today(Wed, 28th) during trading hours my quotes was blank for about 5 times during the afternoon hrs. Another guy in the chatroom had the same problem. What was the cause of this, IB? Is there anything being done to reassure that this wont occur again? Putting on 10 ES trades at a time...

soon to have a Masters in Accounting as well. Trader slash accountant to sastify all the fund needs :D

oh btw, I'm not limited to solely futures either. Experienced stock trader with a "track record" as well...:p
