Friday's trades. SHORT 1000 TGT @ 34.40 and covered at 34.10. A nice 300 gain. TGT later closed at 34.05. I got a fill on SHORT 700(wanted 1000) BEBE @ 15.90. BEBE LOD was 15.42. I should've taken my profits at the 15.50 mark, but I got greedy. Got to learn to take my singles. Later...

I see where you are coming from, but with today's technology, how hard could it be to set it up in which allows U.S customers to do electronic transfers? The issue here is more of convenience than a mere $20.

i've got an account opened with IB, but haven't funded it yet. With my other broker I can fund my account electronically(ACH or is it AHC) without a charge. No need to go to the bank and do a wire transfer which incurs a $20 fee or having to go through the trouble of sending off a check, which...

Target price for HPQ is to break even/15.75. HPQ hasn't been in the red for about a week now. STOP LOSS 17.19. I had contemplated shorting another 800 HPQ again today ~17.05, but opt not to. How would you play it ICEMAN with my entry?

Starting my journal today May 5th, 2002. I currently have two positions open from about 4-5 days back. Short 1000 HPQ 15.19 Short 1500 BEBE 15.23 BEBE is a long-term short. Friday it closed at 15.50 on 1/3 of the avg trading volume. Really have to keep an eye on both shorts on...

this just goes to show daytrading is a VERY tough occupation.. to be successful longterm is a task very few can do.

shorting.. i wouldn't short anything nasdaq at the moment. dotslash, at what price did you shorted these stocks at or what price would u consider shorting them at? also what type of gains are u looking to achieve on each of these stocks and how long are u looking to hold to hold...
