agreed.... if I am reading this right..... one contract will control 5 Bitcoins (per link below)... so, what is the margin requirement? 25% of what? $10,000? $50,000? right now to hold ES overnight is approx $4500 USD , and yeah, we have seen 25% intraday moves.... HMMM...

CME, just announced today that futures will trade as of Dec 18....so there is no current answer to your question. I use IB and one other for futures

I want to make sure I got this right. When I look at the contract specifics it’s going to be $25 USD which will control five underlined BTC coins. If I’m doing my math right that is a 2000 times on leverage! The ES trades at 50X by the way

well... of course I would feel horrible.... but I just feel uncomfortable putting my money with the "wallets" and the no-name exchanges.... so is there a more secure option that I should consider??? I am open minded to ideas
