It is obvious that IB does not give a rats *** about their business or our problems. These are the type of problems you would expect if the company ownership had changed. Has anyone heard of any change in the principals at IB?

There are not TEXT daily account statements on my IB account login for 5-1-03 or 5-2-03; But, there are HTML statements for 5-1-03 and 5-2-03. IB, why are there not TEXT statements? HTML statements do not work for me. Are other IB users having the same problem?

I am color blind and did not even know the site was in red. Some shades of red and green I do not see. No wonder for me the site looks so drab. The old site was in blue and people with color blindness can see darker shades of blue and black without any problems.

The small text size of the pop down menus across the top of the page gives me eye strain. The page color does not mater to me but it sure is drab.
