    www.ibinarytrade.com 4 Sale

Can I get a cell phone the size of a microwave oven with it ? Then maybe I'm interested. Sorry....I couldn't resist. Did you ever sell that thing ? You gotta admit. That thing was hilarious.

    My last $150

Don't thank me. You won the bet fair and square. Cool of you to let me choose the place. All good. Years ago I traded for a fund manager who did all those studies/correlations. We tested the hell out of every combination. Dow up/down 3,4,5,6 etc days, what did that mean for other markets...

    My last $150

If one has the discipline to trade real small (1....maybe 2 lots) then maybe starting with 500 bucks isn't the worst idea in the world. See if your strategy works. In my opinion trading 1 lots is MUCH better than paper trading. To me paper trading/sim trading is good to learn how to use...

    My last $150

It's a lottery ticket type play. Why bother when 92% of the time the trade fails. Having a great risk reward is nice, but when you have that kind of failure rate it's really just a waste of time. In all honesty trading a forex account with 500 bucks is nuts. He should take the other guy's...

    My last $150

Maybe Surf should try your full moon idea? I have to say that the sun is shining one might not work (although perhaps better than his 92% losing idea). The way I see it if the market has been down 3 days in a row and now the sun is shining those people will want to go out and enjoy the nice...

    Windows 10

I was told by the guys at TT (Trading Technologies) to wait a bit before upgrading to Windows 10. They said while TT should work with the new operating system, probably better off and make sure everything is 100% compatible before making the switch.

who is your fav trader to follow?

Yes. Surf can cherry pick VN's career for the good parts, but when it ends with him losing everything...well.......that tells the whole story. The fact that VN did blew out twice....well.....speaks volumes about what kind of trader he was.

who is your fav trader to follow?

What he fails to realize, or maybe he does, is 95% of the views and posts on his threads/journals are people ridiculing him. He needs to get some kind of software that instantly shuts down his computer once he posts something ridiculous on here. Like a timeout for idiocy.

who is your fav trader to follow?

Just watched that video of VN. Wow......talk about a guy defeated. Not a very good video of himself. Surprised he didn't have it taken off of youtube. Not very flattering.....comes across as clueless.

who is your fav trader to follow?

Really ? The ones I mentioned were all public knowledge. Just about every big draw down is reported out there. The complete blow ups ALL are made public. This is weak on your part Surf. It's safe to say you have no answer when it comes to the question I asked you. You are an expert of dancing...

who is your fav trader to follow?

Surf I am still waiting for you to name other big funds/traders that have lost their entire fund. You seem to imply it has happened often. I guess from your silence that you admit it is really just VN who has been down that road. The only others I can recall are LTCM who lost 4.4 of 4.7...

who is your fav trader to follow?

Can you name another "famous" or "big" top performing trader that managed OPM who lost 100% of his fund ? You seem to imply there have been many. Just one wipe out though. Doing it a 2nd time has probably never been done by anyone except VN. LTCM comes to mind. Other than that I can't think...

    NFA Lawsuit against AMP??

Like others said on here, it seems like operational issues. Not saying these things shouldn't be taken care of, but it looks like some things that other brokers go through. IB has had 6 different regulatory actions against them over the years. People see that AMP is very small as far as assets...

who is your fav trader to follow?

“They’re not going to be exceptional traders. They doubt themselves, they hesitate, they don’t take…they’re not willing to take a stand win or lose. And that’s what I tell traders, you have to be willing to take the trade, win or lose. And stop worrying about being right, it’s about doing the...

    Jimmy Johns is going DOWN

Surf , I stayed out of your Shake Shack posts from a trading standpoint but I agree from an eating standpoint. Their burgers are crap....tiny and a rip off. They seem to change their kind of fries once a month. Their shakes are ok but they serve them in a thimble sized cup. Best burgers down...

How do you guys prepare for you intraday trading ?

I'm not saying that traders who get all crazy emotional aren't gamblers, some are. But traders who take on far too much risk aren't always really trading with scared money. I have been around guys who can easily afford what they lost but it still was insane the risk they were taking. They...

How do you guys prepare for you intraday trading ?

Sorry man, but this is pretty much just a blanket statement you are throwing here. Might apply sometimes, but not a "main" reason. Some of the biggest emotional outbursts on trading desks I have seen over the years have been the biggest traders/partners in the firm. And they are far from...

How do you guys prepare for you intraday trading ?

Yeah.....to me those are the worst. I can get my ass kicked trading one day and you would never know it. But if I miss a winning trade that I was suppose to do I am not a fun person to be around.

How do you guys prepare for you intraday trading ?

Exactly. In my opinion having a well thought out plan/strategy where there is really no room for overthinking is best. Trading is such a complete mindf*ck at times. Once you take the emotional/ overthinking part out it's really kind of easy. Pull the trigger when the trade is there. Know where...

How do you guys prepare for you intraday trading ?

That's a good one. I'm a fan of going through the markets as they open, putting out orders in the ones where I see the set up, then as the market comes near the open order I start coming up with reasons why I shouldn't take the trade, as it gets real close I now completely talk myself out of the...
