    S&P correction

I tell you what, ye of much bitterness and jealousy, if you tell us where you went to school (undergrad and grad), although i'm sure you didn't attend grad school, and exactly where you live, i'll do the same.

Hah! waggie, nothing to say to me about MY portfolio?! The best you can do is attack trendfader?? I guess you can't knock someone who has been 100% on the mark!

    S&P correction

Hey trendfader-- don't get suckered in over here in this unfriendly copy-cat thread. The real thread on market corrections is right in front of you "is the market on the verge on a serious correction?" Come hang out in that thread, and I assure you that the maggots won't bug you there. To...

Robert Prechter Says Bear Mkt Alive And Well

OK crybaby, and let's look at what I said on page 2: "..patting himself on the back admitting he is in fact James Stock, Manolo" What drugs you on, bro? Are we reading different quotes?

Ex-NFL player Tillman killed in Afganistan

Thank you for the information. While every life is important, it is important to note that Pat Tillman was part of a very, very few select athletes who gave up multi million dollar contracts to serve his country.

    Advice to a newbie

I'm lighter then butane today. I did thank those for their kind responses. Of course, you offered no advice about books, so i'm not at liberty to thank you. You have offered much sarcastic banter, though. I would hardly call my behavior aggresive. Passive is more like it. As far as...

    Advice to a newbie

I never said anything even remotely close to this statement. Actually, I asked for advice to a "newbie" in trading. But I am still proud of my MBA, despite what's said here.

    Advice to a newbie

I already thanked those for the quality advice. I can see it. No, I took the English classes. "Trashy garbage": oxymoron. I like to have a bit of banter as well. Although i'm quite certain you don't recognise anything, except something in your imagination.

    Advice to a newbie

This thread is about "advice to a new trader". I was asking about books, and the information given so far has been useful. Please don't sully this thread with trashy garbage. I'm trying to learn, and I don't appreciate your inane remarks.

    Advice to a newbie

I don't "imagine" that at all. Quite the contrary. That's why I started a thread under the title "advice to a newbie". While I am proud that I attained an MBA, and you would be too if you went through what I did, I do not connect an MBA to being an able trader at all. With stock trading, i'm...

    Advice to a newbie

Thanx for the good information on books. Much appreciated. What do you fellows have against an MBA? I worked damn hard to get it, and i'm proud of it. And now I'd like to learn about trading stocks. What's the biggie?

    Advice to a newbie

Thnaks for the advice. There is no "easy money" in trading or in life. I want to read a book recommended by good traders, and learn. I know trading is very difficult, and reading a good book on trading will help.
