I can prove beyond shadow of doubt, that 90% are completely stupefied

Hmmm I'm becoming increasingly suspicious that you are in fact an ape, or perhaps a lesser example such as a marmoset. You're executing a typical simian spoiling tactic, in an attempt to stir up inter-human conflict. It is time to reveal yourself sir, stand up (or swing down from your tree)...

I can prove beyond shadow of doubt, that 90% are completely stupefied

Why do you assume I am joking... you're not part of the pro-simian conspiracy are you? Oh and BTW you mis-spelled "fuck".

I can prove beyond shadow of doubt, that 90% are completely stupefied

I'm afraid the truth is even more sinister than C-kid proposes. In fact the entire episode (and many other disasters around the world) are the work of a shadowy pro-simian movement, composed of both dissident humans and apes who operate together under strict secrecy, working tirelessly to bring...

    Trading In Your Underwear

If you must dress up then do remember the old adage "Blue and green are rarely seen, except upon a fool". Also (and this is something of a non-sequitur) if you have a beard I suggest you avoid crumb-laden food such as toast. Regards, Tetramorium

    Mooniacs

I have always admired your work, and I wonder if you could spare the time to explain the impact of the red planet on the second-order retroversal components of the primary retracement wave? From my research I am beginning to understand that this is absolutely key, and any hints would be...

    How Much?

I would estimate somewhere in the region of £2.00 to £3.50. Enough to buy you half a warm shandy at least.

    US buildup in Persian Gulf

Yes it does, thanks. Although the USA has indeed participated decisively in most conflicts, its denizens have a rather annoying habit of writing the other participants out of history altogether. Your comments about the French are a bit off too (not that I'm any great fan of them). Still no...

    US buildup in Persian Gulf

Not wishing to burst your bubble, but you might like to read up a little on WWII. You appear to have forgotten that "they" (Europe) were locked in a vicious, desperate struggle against Nazism long before the USA felt able to enter the war (i.e. until it was directly attacked).

    Gem’s bot

Thanks for the reply. Isn't a price that's "expected" by a system usually at some future point in time? If I read your .xls correctly though you're comparing current/recent price with a value your system has calculated. Or have I misunderstood?

    Gem’s bot

I am intrigued - how & why does the system expect the market to have traded at a price other than the one it actually did trade at? Thanks for your time BTW. Tetramorium.

Zen and the art of ATS design...

Good answer. I suppose for ultimate peace of mind a live strategy could run in its own container, hosted on seperate hardware altogether.

Zen and the art of ATS design...

Is it wise to allow a live and test strategy to be running in the same container?

    Resouce for serious system developers

Would you please both stop being so reasonable! I believe we'd all be far more comfortable if this thread degenerated into mindless, personal insults. Regards, Tetramorium

    Good API's

That's very decent of you, thanks. ...damn it, I'd just been lulled into a false sense of security with your previous reasonable attituted then WHAM! out comes the pedant.

    Good API's

...that may be what you call it, but I beg to differ :p . What is your actual experience of developing with Java? I'm afraid I can't agree with you there either; the only way to expose a truly platform-neutral API is via sockets. This allows end users to develop in whichever language they're...

    Good API's

Well that's very open-minded of you. I do feel obliged to disagree though; IMHO Java's connectivity, portability and robustness make it a superb platform for most apps. Yes, quite right. Vendor lock-in is an abhorrence.
