fibs can absolutly be used to forecast levels ahead of time in hours and days, not direction, but levels, and also short term direction in mins and hours

your result with esignal sounds about right IB are quite open that they only supply a snapshot as i guess it is a bandwidth issue - but i know that a lot more seems to get missed than the snap shot would suggest basically it is imperative to have every tick since the one you might miss...

does mytrack have charting as well , smas, fib levels etc, can u draw trend lines and will it save charts with all your tech stuff so u can use what u did the next day without redoing it, can u use it with multiple screens and windows?

there may be some benefit in having the IB feed - but i cannot see what it would be - you really need a proper feed - and to save money with trying to get cheap data will only cost you money in the long term you have to decide how much u want to make from trading per month and from that...

be careful - IB is only a snap shot of prices and u miss a lot of the data

Helenqu did u ask them if they have an equivelant? they may call it something else for trade mark reasons and if need be u could hedge with the dow or the s&p since the estoxx50 is basically is a derivative of those but i am pretty sure you will find that you dont need to worry much...

what issues are u thinking of Neil as long as u use gni, ( a lot of CFD suppliers wholesale from GNI, but some spreadbettors may make their own book), who go directly into the exchanges for US stocks, and u can route or take the best price, i suspect it is a good way for UK people to trade US...
