Ah yes....I remember the ole BB method. That would have worked out pretty nicely today. I am going to take another look at that.

Hi 4re, Have you ever contemplated another system for the days where the S/R levels aren't touched? I understand that S/R's purpose is to get in on the momentum runs and keep you out of choppy days and it's great for that. But it also keeps one from attaining a 1 point / day goal. I have...

Been playin over in the NQ sandbox. Experimenting with different strategies, I'm improving, but closer to break even than consistently profitable. Even with the S/R method, it seemed I was the one getting scalped. You're video helped me to understand your thought process better. I think it...

Hello 4re, Congrats on your business deal. I will be sad to see you go, but am happy you're achieving your goals. Good job amigo. I downloaded your videos last night and thought you did a great job. I decided to revisit trading ES with the idea of going for 1.25 points. It left me with...

This was in sim mode my friend. I do not bring out the cookie jar unless the opportunities I feel confident in present themselves. :) I viewed it as experimental.

Me. S/R levels never hit, so I started playing with fades on the pullbacks at my MA. The wide swings would stop me out before profits came.

On days like today, I like to trade in sim mode and at the end of the day, see how much money I saved myself. :)

I'm with Sandy on this. By posting personal attacks, the integrity of this fine thread is greatly diminished. I too found it to be a respite from the negative and am saddened that some new posters haven't appreciated what's been accomplished here and stomp on it without reservation. The rules...

We've had a double bottom on the daily; June 14 and July 18. We've got symmetry to the left and to the right of those bottoms. I see a bull flag with the price projection coming in at 1337. The highest probability play at this point appears to be long. But as Mark Douglas has taught me...

I go to NT's performance tab and use the trades tab to create a report. Simply export it to excel and I now have all my trades for the day, week, or whatever time frame I choose. Takes about 30 seconds. On the weekends, I rehash my trades to see how ignorantly or smartly I traded.

Your opinion is well respected in my book and given the lack of directional resolve thus far, you're probably right on. Rick

Not I. I see us in a chop zone between central pivot 1304 and S1 1300.25. If we bust out of either side, might be a good place to grab a couple. Rick

Well, I didn't trade so much with fear as I did with logic. I did have to wait patiently to get my scratch trade. I figured it wasn't showing resolve up or down so it would likely come back to my b/e point. I just know that when the trade is nailed, it moves quickly, when it hesitates...
