I guess it's time for me to start posting my P&Ls. I'll probably either post weekly or bi-monthly.
At the beginning of November, my account was at $62,346.49
As of November 15, my account is at $67,167.50
I was right on target for the month of Oct. Very very consistent profitable days. Actually, I am proud to say I didn't lose 1 day in october.
Now for November... Well... It won't be an october. That's for sure.
The function of money is so that trade can be made easier.
If I wanted some chicken eggs and the guy selling the eggs only accepted apples for the eggs and I only had oranges, I would have to spend my time finding someone with apples to give my oranges just so I could give those apples to...
Yeah, you can't deposit money into a prop shop. It's illegal.
The best thing you can do is to join a prop shop and just start an account at 0 and then build it up using company capital.
A. We didn't start a war. In fact, we were pretty much dragged into it.
B. We made most of our money by supplying to foriegn countries. So perhaps we should let the rest of the world get in a war while we watch.
Does anyone know where I can download the sounds from cramer's soundboard? I actually only want the SELL SELL SELL sound.
I know there is a soundboard available, but I can't get right click and download the sound on my computer. Anyone with any ideas?

Or you can buy the stock at 2.18, sell covered calls at $1.20
Then ride the stock up to $2.64 while the calls decrease to .95 like I just did. Am I the only one that saw the price extremely out of line with the other calls around it?
Besides if you are afraid of the company going kaput...
Bid 1.20
Offer 1.25
Good covered call play or best covered call play?
There are so many arb opportunities with those. Make a spread on the Jan11 calls. Spread against the Jan10 $2.50 calls.
Covered calls gives you HUGE insurance in case stock goes down and gives you a pretty good upside.
I really don't care when I'm down double digits. Mostly because double digit swings are normal for me when it comes to stocks (Futures are a totally different ball game in that area)
