My last post on this subject. Optimization is clearly NOT real world. Back testing is. Forward testing is. If the strategy is 25% as successful as back AND forward testing was.... I should be able to expect ... hmmm, 1700 per contract, (500 margin, 700 drawdown (maximum so far!), 500 cushion)...

BTW... I've been working with TS strategys for the last 3 years. I know that they CAN fall apart after optimization. The strategy was written on 2 months of volume data.. then back tested with 2 more months. All was well (85 % of optimized profit.) Then FORWARD testing has acheived even better...

5 months of history (7-17-03 to current).... that's all the volume data I have. I'd be willing to test it further back if anyone has the TS data.
