with my 13 year old son....
I try to differentiate between investing vs trading....
I think at this age, the value of seeing the "big picture" and setting the framework is more useful than the techniques of trading....that can come later...
Are they serious??? Why would I want to spend $120 for a case that cannot be used and just to look at???
Thanks everyone....ET board comes through again...:) :) :)
That's easy - all tile floors. I guess I could also use the "free" gloves provided with the case....
I'll keep track of the connections with labels and diagrams as I take things apart....
yes, Monsoon, I thought it should be this easy....my last modification was adding the multi-monitor card, and that was not too terribly difficult..... :) :) thanks for the encouragement!:D
I found this really nice clear acrylic computer case on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3406993902
assuming the dimensions are the same as my current case, would changing it be simple enough or would I need some certified techie to do this for me???
Remember...
The "rumor" about Iraqi "secret surrender" negotiations came out last evening (3/12) well after the market close (about 5 PM Hawaii time, if I recall correctly, that would be about 10 PM ET)....
Dust in the Wind - Kansas
I close my eyes
Only for a moment, then the moments gone
All my dreams
Pass before my eyes, a curiosity
Dust in the wind
All they are is dust in the wind
Same old song
Just a drop of water in an endless sea
All we do
Crumbles to the ground, though we...
We Are The Champions....
I've paid my dues
Time after time
I've done my sentence
But committed no crime
And bad mistakes
I've made a few
I've had my share of sand
Kicked in my face
But I've come through
And we mean to go on and on and on and on
We are the champions - my friends...
We'll be singing
When we're winning
We'll be singing
I get knocked down but I get up again
You're never going to keep me down
I get knocked down but I get up again
You're never going to keep me down
I get knocked down but I get up again
You're never going to keep me down...
Oh yeah, Ameritrade's Stuart comments, "Let's light this candle..."
Reminds me of another one from that era... the old E*Trade commercial - the guy swimming in the pool, gets out because he is being called, "It's time to rub the bunions....":) :) :)
I wouldn't hold my breath for this.....
my observation is the boomers are maxed out and/or have limited spending requirements (ie, all the cars, houses, furniture, etc they would want).....
Although maybe the increased spending for the boomers may come in the form of "forced" spending such...
Just got back from a trip to the mainland (San Diego area) where I saw a lot of construction/remodeling activity fueled by cheap mortgage money....I could see a division taking place about the war...I got a sense that people were in denial...
Back here at home, there is a house scheduled for...
definitely not cable speed, but advertised as "56kbps and 20 - 35 kbps more typical"
