Learning how to trade is 10X harder than any other job you will get, and there is zero guarantee you will ever figure it out. Its that hard. While in school, better load up on the statistics and comp sci classes so you can learn how to program, a finance/econ degree will do nothing for you.

Even within an area, real estate is still local. In san diego, a tiny # of area are up year over year, like 2% But some areas are down 26% year over year :eek: Over 90% of the areas are down though. Were just getting started.

Using IB as a quote source or charting package is for noobs. Its your own fault. IB is an execution platform. Period. Works great, no hang ups, hiccups, nothing, because I dont use all the crap they slathered on top because some people asked for it.

I let it ride and then scale out. If I dump all my shares at once, I sometimes move the market and get too much slippage in lower volume stocks.

I have edge in all market conditions. Thats what defines a real good system. Give me 2002 all over again and ill make money going long only. As far as I can backtest, my systems have never had a down year. I trade nothing less.
