If they had problems with IDEAL Pro late execution reports (*), then you have to find out the transaction time from the audit trail, not from the execution window. Did you check what times were shown in your daily account statements ? (*) See...

Account window will only show correct values when the execution report is not delayed (or missing).

Probably a delayed execution report that was sent to your TWS at 10:38:23 I think that you will find the time stamp for the fill somewhere in your audit trail. ( SecurityExchange= IBFX; ... TransactTime= 20060427-XX:XX:XX )
