100K = 100,000 In IB there are no lots or spreads. You pick the size of your own trade. I usually trade in size of 50,000, 100,000 or 200,000 etc

Good stuff usman! You will like trading cabel. Its perfect for swing trading. It will give you nice 50-100 pip swings every 2-3 hours. EUR is good too but need to double up on size to get same effect.
